Founder & Director
Shervin founded Sync2Gear Public and Sync2Gear after years of building businesses from the ground up. Growing up in Bristol with very little, he moved to London and learned everything hands-on — no connections, no funding, just hard work.
He built the platform because he understands what businesses need: practical tools that improve atmosphere, training and revenue without adding complexity. Every part of the platform comes from solving problems he faced firsthand.
