1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any enquiries you submit through it for Sync2Gear Public and Sync2Gear. Submitting an enquiry or purchasing a subscription constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Our services

Sync2Gear Public provides the strategic audio platform for public-facing premises; Sync2Gear provides the workforce audio platform. The full feature set for both is included in a single all-inclusive subscription as described on our pricing section.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Standard pricing is £99 per month, all-inclusive. The discounted yearly rate is £59.40 per month, billed annually upfront (40% off). Multi-location, white-label and enterprise arrangements are quoted individually. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Your account and content

You are responsible for the content you upload or schedule through the platform and for ensuring you hold the necessary licences or rights for any audio or messaging you supply. You may not use the platform for unlawful, defamatory or misleading content.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, its software and the Sync2Gear and Sync2Gear Public brands are protected by intellectual property rights, including a patent filed in 2022. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of those rights to you.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical. Support is provided as described in your plan.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the platform or this website is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a subscription at the end of a billing period with written notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
